Chef Meal Notes:

Breakfast: 
  • Hotel Continental Breakfast spread with items like Milk, Cereal, and Fruits along with 1 hot Indian item and Indian Masala Chai. In Christchurch we will have hotel breakfast as per their menu.
Lunch: 
  • Afternoon lunch will be a minimum of two or three items such as PavBhaji, PuriBhaji, Bhel, Chhole Puri, Biryani Curd, Handva, etc. will be served in outside Picnic areas & parks. (Subject to weather conditions & permissions the time of this meal can vary.)

Dinner:
  • Indian Dinner will be served in the hotel or in an Indian Restaurant with a full set menu of that city. 

Meals in Australia will be by Indian Chef as per above conditions. 

  • Lunches will be a combination of restaurant & casserole picnic lunches.
  • Due to unavoidable circumstances any meal on tour can be packed meal due to operational issues.
  • Despite having a Chef on board, some meals will be prepared by the restaurant due to logistic reasons. (Specifically on days with intercity flight or long distance road travel.)
  • We cannot cater Non Veg meal during our Chef tours.

  • Pursuant to Budget 2026, TCS at 2% shall be applicable on sale of overseas tour programme packages with effect from 1st April 2026, in accordance with the provisions of the Income-tax Act.

Payment Policy

  • Initial deposit of INR 1,00,000/- per person is required to confirm your booking. Visa fees, if applicable, shall be payable additionally.
  • Second Payment: 50% of the total tour cost, payable 60 days prior to departure.
  • 100% of the total tour cost must be paid at least 30 days prior to departure.
  • The foreign currency portion shall remain subject to fluctuation. The applicable exchange rate along with IBR charges prevailing on the date of payment towards the foreign currency component shall apply.

Cancellation Policy

  • 90 Days or more prior to Departure Rs.1,00,000/- per person
  • 75 to 45 days before departure: INR 2,00,000/- per person
  • 45 to 30 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost
  • Within 30 days of departure: 100% of the total tour cost

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.
TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.

As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package. 

In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.
